    i'm so greatful this didnt happen while i was gapping to front wheel or something. anyway, i guess this ffwheel setup is putting mad stress on my cog. would teh king steel cog be the best choice?

    I worry that might happen to me, especially since I'm running a Sram 5.0 cassette.

    I'm running 18-16 but would prefer a 17, does the King come in a 17?

    King will sell you there cogs direct for less than Webcyclery charges.

    I understand there are availability problems with the Kogs a the moment.

    Best bet is to get on the phone to someone who'll know the stock situation for sure.

    I just ordered one from DansComp. They said they have tons of them in all sizes.

    quick fix could be a DX cog. you might have to run a bmx chain tho....or at least one speed like me!! :joshers:
