Has anyone ridden the woodman TT bars, theyre 730mm, almost 29". the only flaw i see is that theyre 25.4mm clamp, and my stem is 31.8mm

they are indenticle to the older version of the try-all bars. only they are shot peened and ano'ed black. they are good. wont work with your stem though- you can use shims but you might as well get a different stem over using shims.

One question, for mods, do most people use riser bars or flat bars? 31.8 or 25.4?

try-all were the first to make non-31.8mm mod bars popular....all monty/megamos are larger, brisas are all a dumb random size.

or you could get the try-all woodman bars without extenders and have bars with much better set up for trials. unless that's not what you are looking for.

yea, extensions are gay, only 1/2" on each side and my bars are creaking like mad.....im going to order 2 pairs of the woodmans, theyre cheap and light, and as morley says, theres 3 things to pick from, and u can only pick 2, cheap, light, and strong.....

they flex but in a good way so as to not make your wrists feel like exploding.

    Monty Green bars?

Besides the width, what's the problem with the Green Monty Riser bars, they're my absolute favorite, except I'd like them to be a little wider I think. I'm a big fan of the upsweep they have.

I have them...people say they're flexy, but they're pretty damn light. Mine has a dent near the clamp...I have no idea how it got there, guessing front wheel hops, but I dunno...it hasn't gotten any worse, so I have NO CLUE what it really is...
