Is it simply too much image compression. It kind of looks interlaced, if thats what its called.
too much aperture ratio and not enough compensation in the auto dialater
something tell's me that thats not the problem, Elan . What program are you using to resize it, and are you maintaining the aspect ratio? The filesize of 85kb isn't too much compression, so that shouldn't be a problem. Take the same original image and stick it in the photo album. Software on the server will resize it for you and there should be any odd artifacts like that. Thats at least a temp solution.
black and white spiral spokes!!! I wan't em!!
I am not red.
I am using infran veiw, it has been awsome as i have been using it to put the images up onto a webpage in a thumbnail gallery. It does it all automaticaly.
Here is one of the gallerys:
The only problem i find with the observedtrialsnet gallery is it requires me to be sitting at the computer doing things much more then just geting infran view to make the gallery, and then just using an ftp to upload them all.
in irfanview, go to image >> resize/resample and make sure that it is set on resample (as opposed to resize), and is using the lanczos filter. bottom left.
im using the batch rename/whatever, dont think i can do it there.
it was set on that though in the normal resize bit
Isn't it just the program used to resize it? I bet photoshop wouldn't give you that result.
