If anyone is interested, I'm going to be riding TOMORROW in GM Wallace Park in Greenwood Village (Bellview and DTC BVLD). I'll be there around 11am, and ride until...1ish. I park on Wabash & Layton Ave. There's a playground there, and I'm below the concrete dam (just to the north of the play ground).[/img]
My truck is going in the shop at 8:15 tomorrow, so I'll be leaving whenever it gets done. Hopefully it should be done around 10 so that should put me there around 11:15 or so.
The DTC (Denver Tech Center) is the corridor around I-25 between I-225 and C-470 (South Denver Metro area). Belview is just south of I-225. Gm Wallace Park is just south-east of the I-25 & I-225 intersection.
use mapquest, and locate the aforementioned intersection.
id like to make it out there but that is a long ways for me to drive and i kinda (by kinda i mean really) hate driving in denver, we will have to wait and see.
My truck isn't going to be finished for 5 or 6 hours, so I'm stranded. The worst part is I left my gloves in my truck, and it's freezing balls outside, so I won't be riding here either.
Pancho, that sucks! I feel for you. I'll post out another DTC Ride soon, however.
Ty, Getting through Denver at that time of day will be easy. But if you're coming down from Fort Collins, that's a haul. I like this place (Lego park, Gm Wallace park) but I don't know how it stacks up to people that are good. Kevin? Is this place worth driving down for?
didnt make it, to much christmas stuff to get done, and for about the next month i will be in golden off and on. the drive wouldnt have been to bad but im lazy when it comes to driving
