I was just wondering , are they really THAT snap-happy ? :eek3:
Without stupid drops, high flat landings, just pure trials ?
... watching the world champs list , almost all of them are using try-all bars :greddy2:

Thanks for your time ! :bigthumb:

World champs dont pay for their bars, and for competitions, of course they will sacrifice strength and durability for weight.
umm not on a set of bars... when you see how hard they slam into stuff and how hard they yank up on stuff you would know they want some bars they can trust. some guys carry around spare bars.... they also carry forks and front wheels too sometimes. i have had no issues with my try-all bars.

you may look into the woodman bars too, about 1/4" narrower, shot peened and ano'ed finish and a little cheaper... identicle tube to make the bar.

if you crashed directly on them... i would be affraid for you. if they were non dinged and full of stress risers then you should be fine with them. they hold up under me riding all big and sloppy (like my sloppy joe's).

how do these bars feel in terms of flex? from the people i know who have ridden them they say the bars arent as solid as others

also how do they hold up to like backwards stress? like when i do big lunges and big pedal ups, when i land them i really really really pull the bars backwards to hell. ive had my bars slip on me and end up with the sweep pointing back a number of times. but i wouldnt really want to have the bars break on me on such moves, as that would suck.

i can visually see the bars flex when i am just like, sitting there trying to flex the bars, but i cant notice it while i am riding, at all.
also, i am a really bad gapper, i land really hard.... no problem with the bars thus far....

ive used them since august, no problems, cept this odd creek they make, so rather than risk havingt hem break and be barless, i always have a spare try-all bar ready in case of complete shaftment
