    if by fix you mean lace a new rim to that hub then yes.
    theoretically it could be fixed, but at this point that rim is so far bent, to get it back straight would require grossly mistensioned spokes, meaning the wheel would be retired to gentle road cruising.

    Yep it was a joke...
    and no its a DS-1 cross country rim. they stopped making them a while ago..i may know why, but its light as all hell so its no suprise that it went.
