Post your ride(s)

Parts detail to follow. Warm weather says go ride. Here is my Stock.

Vee’s belong on Stock bikes. And I don’t mean the tires.

Perhaps 18 lbs...

Simtra ST-1. Sick early 00s comp geo. White industries hubs and freewheel. Mono trials brakes. I love that its quiet. 25lbs. Still figuring out bar/lever angle. Rear brake completely useless right now but I'll get that taken care of soon ish. Brand new Der Kaiser hasnt even been ridden yet (but I did have to shave down some of the center knobs to make it fit). All of my favorite things are in this picture.

Only thing that bothers me...
That bong is far too clean.
It gets cleaned every AM and then ripped while coffee is brewing.

Felt Breed. About 19lbs. Completely stock except the handbuilt rear wheel. Velocity Chukker laced to Hope Pro 2 Trials. Folded the stock wheel doing some dumb drop to rear, asked LBS to suggest a rim that can take abuse. Super fun commuter than can rip around the city and roll over/through anything. Raced it once and got owned by a bunch of nerds with shaved legs.

Always liked a good cross bike...
They call them gravel bikes or some such nonsense these days.
Overly used grips. That bike gets to complete its intended purpose. Love it.

My buddy just picked up one off marketplace for his son. King hub and a bunch of parts stripped off a Monty. Got it for like $300 or something silly low.

Believe it or not still a scene here in The Natural State.

Frank the Welder. Awesome frame.

You’ve got some good projects down there.

The kids today have know idea. All you could get back in the day was a frame and then you cobbled that shit together to make a trials bike. Heck, we just used 15” MTB frames for a long time and smeared tar on crappy brakes to make it work. Now complete bikes that work out of the box. My how things have changed.
Tires sucked forever too. I had an IRC El gato once. A supposedly trials specific tire that was made of tissue paper. First decent one I remember was the Tioga 2.3 DH.
