dont worry about it. push another one in if you need something to block the ends of your bars. otherwise a flathead screwdriver will make short work of a bar plug if used to lever the plug out.

i know a flathead screwdriver can take it out,but is there anyway to remove the one stuck inside?

Push it out the other side, be innovative, use something long and flexible yet stiff with some cloth on the end of it.

an air compressor on the other end or a thin metal or wood rod (maybe even a coat hanger?) would probably take care of it too, depends on the bends in your bars I suppose :)

use a corkscrew, or as stated, a piece of high gauge wire to poke it through.
