I am thining of buying either a Woodman Pro T or a Brisa 26D frame to build up. nayone ridden either of these please let me know how you felt they worked, any weakness, downside? What you liked about them.
I will be running hope Mini Disk front and rear. I see some people do this but not very many. and I have to wonder why. Most have Disk on front and Hs-33's on rear.
Thanks for any and all replys.

if you have your heart set on one of those two frames- go for the woodman- its about a bajillion times better than the brisa in terms of ride quality. aside from its low bb (which wont affect riding too much until mid to upper level expert riding).

though if you want to run disk... the brisa is the only frame which has proven itself capable of handling them. and the megamo. the woodman dropouts are covered by the warranty to my understanding though.

my vote goes to woodman if you want one of those two.

Not limited at all, thanks for the feed back BTW.
here is why i want to use the hope mini's because I just bought a pair for$200.00 for front and rear. complete set. saved $140.00 could not pass them up. so that is the Disk angle. I am not limited to any frame really. I have been reading posts by the dozen, reading reviews. brisa seemed a nice bike with a great warranty [2 yrs] and many mahy people ride them. WoodMan same boat. I year warranty. and several riders.
by all means I am open to any suggestion on any frame.
and as always grateful for any help

You need to think primarily of the rear disc. If your gonna run dual disc (which is rare but really awesome), your frame choice will be somewhat limited.

Some options that I know of are:
-Brisa 26D
-Megamo equip pro dual disc
-Echo Urban
-I know there is one more I'm forgetting.

Any frame will hold up to a certain degree, but you really should choose a bike that is designed to withhold the pressure of a rear disc.

If those are your only two options I say do some research and talk to people that have actually ridden the T-Pro with a disc, if you cant find anybody who has done, or if they say it cant handle it (which I wouldnt think), then go Brisa - beware just about everyone on this forum hates Brisa frames.
