FYI, I posted this in the main forum as well:

    Hi everyone,
If you are in the Midwest and are even remotely interested in mototrials, try to make it up to Duluth, Minnesota this June 5/6. A World Round of the Federation Internationale de Motocyclisme (FIM) Observed Trials Championship series is being held at Spirit Mountain, a local ski hill. For those of you not privy to mototrials, this is the equivalent to having WRC or F1 event in the States. All the big names in mototrials will be there and I'm sure they will put on a good show.

    Here's a linkie-dinkie:

Also, if anyone plans on attending, bring your bike and you can ride with the best bike trials riders northern MN has to offer (all two of us)! Seriously though, if you have the time come up and check it out, some of the things these guys can do are beyond explanation... and I'm an engineer!

    Ride on,
    Peter Lillesve

PS, I have no affiliation with the FIM or the organizers of this event, I just know a good thing when I see it. Peace out

Speaking of trials in Minnesota, I don't suppose there are any riders lurking the forum from MN or nortwest WI? It's awfully lonely up here....
