    Hey guys,

What holds the two knurled surfaces (the crank and the spider/bash) together on the RS-7 cranks? I am assuming it is similar to the old XTR system where they used a lock nut and a stop ring, but I have never seen these cranks. If it does use a similar system does it use the same shimano tool to remove the ring/nut?

    Thanks

    Ken T.

um isnt your lockring on backwards? or did you do it like that so its a bit easier to tighten, or tighten a lot!
