    Helloooo..

I just put on a perdy Koxx fork, and am in a dilema about which rotor to get, which avid mechancial disk brake adapter to get that will make this all work.

Has anybody been in this situation before?
I was going to get a 190 mm try all rotor with a 6" avid adapter.. Will this work?

    Thanks!

Yep, the 190mm rotor with the 6" Avid adapter will work.

Also, an 8" rotor with an upside down 8" Avid adapter works, seen it on a couple of bikes.

You could probably even get a 185mm rotor and file the 6'' adapter a bit to make it work.

it's already been said, you can use a 190mm rotor with the 160mm avid caliper. Of course only with the 190mm koxx fork! (there is also a 180mm version.) A 185mm rotor will work as well with a 160mm caliper. I had a hope mini 165mm caliper and a 190mm Magura rotor. The pads didn't completly cover the rotor, but it was fine.
