New KOT MS2 with Db.
Wheel Base: 1099mm BB position: 30mm+(with 415mm fork)
Chain stays length: 383mm
Head tube angle: 70.5
Frontal pipe lenght: 110mm
rear tire up to 2.5
Magura 4-bolt mounts.
Made by Ultra 6 alloy
big ass wheel base.
Doesn't seem that an Avid Mechanical disc would fit into that mount.
kool frame, kind of looks like a pitbull/coust with two less seat tubes:wiggle: wonder if it makes it less stiff for the seat stays?
It is a copy of BT RAVen 6.0 wich has been finished 4 monts ago ! - I hate the BikeTrial market, there are no designers, only copiers !
Well at least the RAVen 6.0 is innovative! Great chain tensioning idea Rav! If I ever ruin my 5.0 I know what to get!
Don't worry too much about it, Rav. The main difference is that the BT has our respect.
Yeah I saw that rear end a while ago without any paint on it. The KOT rear end is not original in the least.
STOP THE MADNESS!!! .... 7.0 maybe a horizontal dropout ???
Hey Rav, I'm only wondering, why you haven't released the frame 4 months ago? What were you waiting for, salvation or what?
ever heard of frame testing?
Yes, that would make sense. Thanks for reply.
whats about this pipe between chain- and seatstay?looks like it has a double seattube:wtf:
but i like the wheelbase:eek3danc:
Give the frame some extra reinforcement to be able to take the force of disc brakes.
The bt looks super nice, big props for the constant new products rav, it's awesome to see. It's too bad about the Kot frame, they made that Pure/Levelboss frame that got posted a couple months back, right. Like it was said, the BT frames have more respect and reputation than the Kot.
Rav, EXCUSE ME!!! But what are you talking about?!
What do you mean by “copy”!? There is only one single part which identical, it’s rear dropouts. That’s all!
When I started making my KOT MS2 6 months ago I dint know anything about BT 6.0 till that day!
I agree with kotovs. There aren't many things that are the same between the two bikes. I was surprised when you said it was a copy.
The yoke and the disc reinforcement look very similar as well.
Maybe I was too literal. The RAVen 6.0 has different geometry, but the rear end looks strikingly similar.(yoke, dropouts, disc reinforcement)
