minis dont impress me, not when the rider says my maguras are better. avid mechs wobble?

avid juicy works well, if you bleed it corredctly. old hayes are popular.

i dont know about this "wobble"
    avid mechs are the best

Yes. It moves 3-5 mm back and fourth. Right out of the box it moves ~1 mm

In the tech area of avids site they have a pdf set of instruction to fully take apart and rebuild the Avid mech. brake. There is a ton of shit goin on in these brakes however and it's not gonna be fun I can tell you that much. You may even need the special tool depending on where your problem is.

Set the adjuster.. wrap a small sliver of electrical tape around it and it stays put. Mine is ages old now and has been abused and abused some more. Still works great. Pad wobble goes away on my brake if I pull just a hair harder and it's only the slightest bit to begin with.
    Avid mechs are the goods.
