freezing brake fluid

    when does maguara brake fluid freeze, im really cold and im starting to wonder if my brakes are going to blow up if the fluid feezes. Am i really stupid or is this a resonable question? thanks

    you will die of hypothermia before your oil freezes. although you will ahve very slow response at hte lever. i suggest riding antifreeze from your auto if youre into riding in very cold weather.

    KY Jelly works wonders, when warmed up works even better, and will not freeze...

    i run water in my brakes and they freeze at 32 degrees

    did you find that out the "hard way" during your stint at pelican bay.

    oh, and by "hard way" I mean sex..... with a man..... in the butt....





    water+antifreeze.

    It gets super cold here in california. Sometimes when I go ride it gets as low as 60 deg!!! I put the antifreeze in there so my brake doesnt get the mush from the freeze.
