In my PIC OF THE DAY thread, bigbadger's take on people using other peoples pics on the internet (holy shit he is stupid):
On the topic of the coustellier video, from markov (he gets the ignorant dumb fuck ass award):
And this kid was at a competition made SOLELY of palletes.
GNAR, while I appologise profusely for not following the rules of posting in this topic (you will see that I dug an old pic up of a local to post so that I will be in compliance) it worries me that you don't care about people posting pictures that they don't have a legal right to. Remember the Napster lawsuit? Posting pics here without permission of the owner is under exactly the same legal grounds that got the owner of Napster sued into oblivion. It is perfectly possible that the owner of one of the images posted without permission could sue this site out of existance as well. And the last time I checked, I don't own a road bike, shave my legs and arms, or talk about being cat one.
Hydroboy, thanks for that rousing post on just how little you know about copyright law. If you believe that you could get permission, and I don't doubt that you can, then it is on you. I agree that the KOXX pics are really crisp. That's how I know that chances are good that someone was likely paid to do them. From what I know about the industry in Europe, they got paid a lot too and would expect to get paid even more for unauthorised use.
I guess it is on you to care or not but I think that if you enjoy having this site around you might do well to not behave in such a way to endanger it.

The icing on the cake, holy shit this is the dumbest thing I've ever seen (besides his comments on what rims to use, and any other advice) from p3boy when someone asked how to go higher, the person who asked said he could up 3 palletes which he measured as 1.5 feet:Street?
I know I'm going to get flamed hard for this but in my opinion they don't have muh style. All they did was do big pedal ups on cement blocks and occasionally pull back and fakie out. Sure it was good and all but I much prefer Ryan Leech and Morley Wilkins to them.
Basically that was a comp ride on cement.
Welcome Haz, so this is your first post; hope to see more, but as for your question, I have one of my own: What are pallets? if you tell me this i'll be able to figure out how high you're getting much easier
