Hey all, heres a few pics of the chopper ive been building. Its all steel, i welded it all myself after like3 day's of training. Tomorow im gonna gusset it and put a 20" up front and paint comes later.
    Some specs are: steel frame
probably gonna be specialized big arm cranks and evil bashring for looks,
xt rear hub, doublewide band, maxxis hookworm tire

thats it so far. More pics later when more gets done

damn that was a long ass sentence. i tried to back it out of the shop and it was about a 10 point turn before i just said screw it and picked it up to move it. the wheel base is 9 feet long. hopefully a 20 inch tire will make it easier to turn. Oh yea also in the parts spec, there will be a "special" honda motor....

Interesting. Get yourself the CK Steel Headset. You'll go through headsets like toliet paper.

What is the material you're using? You're going to have so much flex in that fork your BB will ht the ground.

Cool project though. I'll stick with the Kona version.

the bb is going to be up high. fork dose not flex that much but were going to gusset it any way.

ascentrek, theyre using just tubular steel, with chopped up wal mart bikes for the dropouts, bb shell and head tube, so theres only bearings really...as they said before theyres still work to be done, and gussets and arches in the fork are on the list.
plus, kona's you have to pay for...

Well, not EXACTLY like that, but you get the jist of the hobby(I have too many). Has a B&S Animal Kart motor....does around 60MPH. Here's some kook next to his.....so you get an idea of the size of them.....but his looks bobo with short forks and short rake....
