There are some pictures about my 9 months old Echo Pure frame. Thing cracked like shit - I really didn't do any big move or smth. Dealer said, that he had never heard about cracked Echo Pure....so I'm the first one?

What do you think about it?

It would be nice! They must replace, couse this couldn't be my fault at all. They give 1 year warranty for Echo Pure.

that's very odd for any frame to go like that especially a pure, probably just some defect, maybe fatique or has been heated too much, i would guess you would get a new one though.

If it is 9 md old, there should be no problem getting a new and better one.
And that you where not doing anything big at the time it cracked does not matter, maybe it was the last drop. I snapped my avid mech disc brake gowing down a curb :wtc:

 Pretty strange place to break :). Its the second I've heard of breaking and the first of any I've seen proof of.

My pure has cooler yokes. If you were using a steel hanger, you got what you deserved.

Otherwise looks like standard PING PONG work, my frame is god-awful.

Haven't done any sidehop to drop out - I do sidehops to left side...

Half of the fracture had become earlyer, as I can see....its oxydated....upper half part broke when I did little dropoff...

I used original hanger - I have never fallen to right dropout, so I didn't have to replace it (hanger) at all...

That happened to my Planet X to a lesser extent. I'd say mine was caused by riding on it for a bit with a slightly bent axle.
