Cockpit looks fine, Shorter stem would make it easier to get the front wheel up but not ideal for staying there as you may be a bit cramped. Its normal to need a slight pedal punch to get the front wheel up without a struggle. That kind of bike is really not meant to manual but some can do it.

Hello, Im fairly new to trials. I recently picked up this Born 26" stock trials bike and im struggling with getting the front wheel up for bunny hops, Manuals etc without a pedal stroke. Is my cockpit setup O.K? I'm only 5'6" and struggle to get any weight behind the rear hub. Would a shorter stem or higher bars make a difference? I don't have this issue as much on a MOD 20" bike or on a 24" street bike.
