Throw out the gay computer. Thats all I know, premiere was fine for me. Learned it in about an hour, makes movies in about an hour.
Its a mac, so its a huge piece of shit. You couldn't pay me to touch that, I don't even have a computer- I punched mine and it broke.
Yeah adobe is good. Pretty easy to use, and you can make damn nice movies on it. :bigthumb: I like it a lot. :werd:
Yeah there is, right click on the clip, then i think it's like clip speed or something speed, then just reduce the speed.
haha :bigthumb: that might just be about someone... like me... i use a mac half the time, im french, my screen name has raven in it and best of all everyone in the universe knows im an elitist asshole! Word to the turd. final cut pro on a g5 kicks pirate levels of ass.
touche' damnit, i forgot how to make those accents... stupid french stuff, 5 years of it and not a damn thing learned
**cough ** premeire on an dual opteron faster and cheaper mmmm /end **cough** i'd go premier cause i know how to use it but not having wanting or will ever have or work with or be near or spit on it one is on fire a MAC i dunno bout fcp if it's "macy" go with adobe oh and it has slow mo clip --> speed set speed you can go from 1 like a frame every few seconds to super fast and -100 reverse and slow revers fat revese etc. it's easy to use but you can spend ages learning everything oh yea mac = :greddy: nothing can't be done on a windows linux or unix box and not that macafied *nix
So Final cut pro can only export in quicktime? Any option of converting using seperate software? I don't know why everyone hates quicktime, it is the one format that has consistently worked for me every time, I've had tons of trouble with all the others, ESPECIALLY real player. Also, I was told earlier this evening by an employee of a computer store that Adobe no longer makes Premier, however their website still features it, for PC atleast. Any word on if I can even get Premier?
you should still be able to get ahold of a copy without any trouble regardless of whether or not they make it. final cut pro wont export into just plain ol' reliable mpeg format? i havent used it enough to know. ive never done a full out project on it, just tooled around enough to know it's more than anyone could ever use for a simple bike movie. but then again, premier is mroe than plenty for bike movies too.
For the slow motion thing on premeire, right click on the clip, go to speed, and you can adjust the fastness or slowness there.
