Badlands Comp

Although the weather could have been much warmer and drier, the Badlands comp was still a lot of fun. I have dialup, so it will take a while to get pics posted, but I thought I would start with a pic of Sam taking a dab in Sport section #1.

Let that be a lesson for all you pink clothes wearers, God hates you and you will get dirtied by mud.

Cool stuff.

In a feeble attempt to redeem myself, here is a picture of me exiting Expert section #1 that I bailed on earlier.

This is Roman doing the gap near the beginning of Expert #2

I like this picture of Roman finishing Expert #2. It was taken from a cool angle.

I have many more pics, but it will take a while till I get them uploaded.

Here is proof that Lagerhead (Ben) made it thru the hardest part of Sport #2.

This is the youngest competitor (Austin) riding one of the Beginner sections.

Wet sand is a harsh mistress when you have a worn out rear tire.
It also snowed during the event. That just adds to our hardcore status... Anyhow the comp was a blast and everybody who planned to show up but didn't because of the weather forecast missed out.
