Complete Echo HiFi? Whos got it?
I cant seem to find a new complete Echo HiFi anywhere Im ready to buy one...anyone know where I can find one? I think it would cost too much to build the damn thing part by part thats why I would rather get a complete one. Help anyone?

they had them at webcyclery as of about 2-3 weeks ago.. i would think that they would still have a couple at least.... call kevin at US TOLL FREE: 1-888-759-2453. he is a good guy to work with, i bought my hifi from him. just fyi, the new hifis that he has/had come with purple rim strips, so if you are not cool with that, ask him to change them. even if the bikes arent listed on the sight, it doesnt mean they dont have them, just call and check.

You're in San Francisco, right? PM Ray Chee on this list. He has a complete Echo HiFi. I don't know for sure if he'd sell it, but I know for awhile he was talking about trying to get rid of some bikes. Can't hurt to ask.

Both Webcyclery and trialsin are out of complete bikes. I called and they both dont know when any complete bikes are going to arrive. Trilasin has just a frame but like I said I think building a bike would cost alot more. OF course im going to wait for the call to China Ronan but I just wanted to ask around in the forums, see what people tell me.

I was going to wait to buy the new Hi fi '06 but then the guys at Webcyclery said that there is a good chance that they will not be selling the complete bikes anymore. So I decided to save myself a ton of money and get the last complete bike they had.

With that being said, I think you'll have your best bet to just contact either of the trials shops and just start building a bike. From what I've obtained, Echo is NOT building complete bikes with this new '06 stuff. Webcyclery and Trialsin etc will just get everything in frames and parts, then its up to them to make a "complete" bike if they choose. I've been told it will be much easier if you tell them what you'd want to spec the bike with and then can build it from there.
I don't think its going to cost you any differently now. If you look at the sites, they tell you the complete bike cost as shown etc. Some shops might lower the price depending on what or how much you buy.
Good luck in your search.

Yeah I talked to him already and he said he would be willing to help me out. Hes got a frame he just doesnt have the other parts, well not yet at least. He told me he would shoot me an email with a list of parts so I can choose.
I see that he also has a complete 1075 GU Typhoon. Should I just get that bike. 60MM rise but I figure I can just get use to it only 5mm more than the HiFi. Anybody got any new or experience with these GUs. Are there any bad sides to the high BB besides the balance issue? Is it the same to do pivots and jumping/hops? I searched and I havnt found much on them. What do ya guys think?

Well I can tell you that Im sure it would be a lot lighter that my piece of $hit bike that I have now. You have seen it Ronan, remember you didnt even want to ride it. hehe I think almost anything would be better than what I have now. I think my trials bike weighs like 30 lbs its the $150 Target special schewin mountain bike. please dont laugh...
