Hi everyone, i would like to get into bike trials, my problem is i live in th US and it seems very hard to get parts. Lots have people have talked about using XC bikes, but i dont have one of those. Currently in my possesion i have a cheap full suspenion mtb and a BMX bike. I have been trying to learn on my mountain bike, but it is very difficult. So i am trying to get ahold of a proper beginners trial bike. MY budget is $600 US. that frame and then but/salvage other parts i would need to complete a bike. So far that seems to be the cheapest way to complete a bike (i think i would enjoy building it as well).

I am completely open to other ways to get my self into the spprt and it would be great if anyone knew a place to get bikes/parts for trials in the seattle area.

well, asuming you want to go stock(26 inch wheels) i am not sure what frame, like arent zoo's and echo's around that. and mods aren't a bad option, like depends on what quality you want, mods are special 20 inch bikes, like not a bmx, but trials geo. go to www.trialsin.com and you should look through there and you will find quality frames and parts etc...
