I'm only 26, I'm not out of shape, but I get exhausted quickly because of my sedentary lifestyle.

Hi, decided to make compilation from my rides to encourage 30+, 40+, 50+ etc guys . Started to ride few years ago to improve my MTB skills, got hooked by trials completely, now around 90% of my rides are on this lovely Inspired Element 26". Was never riding BMX , dirt, or similar stuff before. I'm turning 49 this year.

Great clip! I'm 36 and just started trials about a month back. I had the same idea to improve my mtb skills but now am totally obsessed with trials. It's often more accessible than getting to a trail for mtb and gives me the satisfaction of learning new skills. Feels like I did when I first started to mtb! Thanks for posting your progress! Here's a short vid I shot the other day.

I'm 47 and totally out of shape, but I just started learning trials biking a couple months ago on an (very heavy) Trek 820 mountain bike. While I wish I had discovered this sport while I was in my teens (or twenties...) when my body was more resilient, I guess it's better late than never. So far, I'm really enjoying it and looking forward to progressing my skills.

There's a local competition coming up in a couple weeks, so I'm actually planning on competing as a beginner.
