Sydney People - Sunday 21st Oct.
Sydney Guys....
This Sunday the 21st of October is the Spring Cycle Classic.... Basically a social road ride from North Sydney Oval to Olympic Park....
With Bicycle NSW, I have organised a demo at the finish line festivities at Olympic Park..... Going to be huge....
So I am looking for volunteers to both ride and help me set up..... Here's what I need...
I need a few people to join me at Olympic Park on Sunday morning from 6am to build the course..... It'll be pallets (60 or so in a ten by ten square) and I'll have nail strip and some planks to secure stuff.... We'll also have a bunch of sponsors banners we need to hang....
We're being asked to do a 20 on, 20 off demos from 8am until 4pm.... So that's a lot of riding.... Damo is bringing the high jump bar too (Simon BE THERE)..... The more people we have out there to ride the better and we can split it into shifts a bit..... Not just looking for elite riders, would like to see sporties come and have a play too.... Someone to film would be a bonus....
Lunch for all trials volunteers will be supplied by City Bike Depot..... 
I'll have more exact details in the next couple of days but please let me know if you can come out for it......

I have a show on Sat night (plus possibly a mates bday that i can't miss) and Sunday arvo

Sounds like fun Adam. I take it by the mention of strapping tape planks and lots of pallets that you have not finished your demo rig yet? How is it going? Believe me I know how much work it is to build a kit, but once done, demo's are much more fun, because set up and pack up only take a fraction of the time.
We did one the weekend before last and did 4 x 1/2 hr shows with an hour break between, which was plenty sounds like you are going the endurance demo! Enjoy 
They put me on the whole event PA nothing like riding and talking over a pa with a 5 sec delay at the same time

Answers to questions......
Yes James, your bike will be ready.... Come in friday and grab it
Parking. We have been allocated a few parking spots specifically for the trials crew. I'll find out how many we have and I have a map I will email to you all with the locations. Other than that you will have to park in the regular paid areas of SOP.....
Stu.... Demo trailer is nearing completion.... Gotta build stuff to fill it with then, but yeah, once it is finished it'll be SWEET.....
Joel Davis you are welcome to my old Pitbull frame if you need a bike without an ovalised headtube to ride.... There is a BB and HS in it already.... Let me know....

I'll be out there from 5am Sunday so the guys delivering our stuff know where to go..... Staying at Damo's house on saturday night so I dont need to get up at 3am from Manly..... I don't expect other to be there until six though.....
Looks like I got tshirts lined up for everyone too.....
James I tried to call you a few times today, your bike is ready and looks KILLER.....
