I got yet another question that I couldn't find by searching. I have a brisa fork. i want to use a magura louise. I am wondering if the louise FR, and normal louise use the same caliper, or are the caliper made to only use 1 size rotor?

Heres the the basic question. I have a 180mm rotor, and I don't want to buy a louise FR, if i can just buy a Louise, and use the 180mm rotor I have right now. Also, the disc brake that was on the fork before I got it was a 180mm magura julie if that means aything?

Thanks,
Kirby

You can't use your 180mm rotor with a Louise front caliper.
The Louise requires a 160mm rotor.
The Louise FR uses rear calipers for the front, this is why the front rotor diameter increases about 20mm to 180mm.
