now where do i get this stem?

I am looking for a oversized (31.8) 70-80mm stem with 20+ degree rise? I can't find one anywhere! Who makes them? Where do I buy them?

no one i know of (maybe a road stem would be close but eff that, im not putting a road stem on my trials bike). titec does make a few with 10 deg rise to them though in a large diameter.
