koxx blocks are terrible without a grind, get some crm's.. they are decent with no grind.

also, the braking surface on your front rim will have a lot to do with how well they work. On my mavic rim crm's worked wonderful, on my rhino lite they work like pOoOO.. so, if ur rim has a decent braking surface, you'll b fine.

I run a grind on one side of the rim with koxx blox and a plazmatic on the non ground side. It gives you a little modulation but also enough lock up when you need it. It works for know until the wife allows me to buy a front disc set up.:)

Just keep it clean with CRM's and if you need to put a little tar on and it will still modulate too.

Full grind with black pads and the modulation will be fine. I use black Kool Stop rimjammer pads and my front brake is perfect. No shutter, great modulation, works while sopping wet (unlike tar).

I find CRV's a bit much for the front, regardless of the grind. Same with Kool Stop salmon pads and spanish flys. Black pads are perfect for big gaps to front wheel.

Yep.

My rear set up is a try all on bloxx with about a 2 month old grind. And we all know the try all grinds last a week or so not even.

I dont even really have a grind.More like lots of small scratchs.YEt i have really really good power.
