depending on your bike.. 160 for mod, 185 or 203 for stock. 185 is plenty, 203 is nice to have though

I have a 203 rotor with a Louise FR....it's pretty much an on/off switch...slight modulation if you feather it, or are moving fast enough. But it's scary...it can lock up and put me over the bars no matter how fast I'm going if I'm a stooge on the lever...

203 avid and it's aiit. works INSANE* in humid weather, and works well in bone dry weather. hydro can lick my o-ring.
