The next Southridge Series Biketrials event is on Sunday, November 21st. registration is from 11-11:30 AM, and the trials starts immediately afterwards. All classes, Beginner, Sport, Expert & Pro, in both Mod & Stock. Entry is $10 per class. Awards are given 1 per 3 riders in a class.
Take the 10 freeway out of LA to Cherry Ave. offramp. Go South towards the rock park, turn left at Live Oak, where there is a Ralph's/Rite Aid shopping center. We're in the park across the street.
Now that Phil Luchero, Pasty Ahab & others have moved to PRO, all experts can come out & take their shot at Expert class supremacy!
Big granite, big fun! For more info, call Jon at 626) 287-8507.

If anyone is interested in staying a day or 2 extra I want to get a group ride in the high desert about an hour North from Fontana together. It will be at my "secret" training spot. It makes Fontana look like a tiny sand box, TONS of rock, and even a few slick rock sections.

I know SoCal has had a bunch of rain, is this affecting the Fontana event this sunday? I haven't heard anything contrary so I'll assume it's still happening. See all you guys there on sunday.

I havent seen Fontana in person, but I live about 10 miles away and things are drying out pretty well, so the event should still be on. I am planning on going.

Biketrials.com has a list of all the fontana dates and if u click on more info it will tell you everything you need to know about the event including directions. This event on January 16th registration starts at 11:30 and the comp starts at 12 so I would get there around 11:15. Im pretty sure that its a $10 entry fee and I hope to see you there.
Andreas: Im still in so cal right now but I will try to take you to the next comp on the 30th.

You guys will like the sections, I helped Zak set up a few, and there is water, or muddy little ponds to navigate through. The place is dry except for a few of these strartegically placed in the middle of a few sections. It was kind of hot there today, probably close to 80 so expect some heat tomorrow. Should be fun.

The spot is acutally in Apple Valley, east of Hesperia about 10 miles. Check out my members galley photos on this site for a better idea. But I dont have to tell you that this spot is much more fun to ride in the fall/winter time.

Is there a winter series going at fontana? I'd like to go to them

Ill do a winter series down here. No insurance, no registration, no fees. No tape, no checkers. No sobriety checks.
seriously, every other weekend in sd. And then we'll go to pete's spot in the empire on alternate weekends.
girls are better looking around here than in fontucky too.

"If you host it, they will come!":D
I might be able to hit up some SD comps. And my spots are always welcome.
I talked to Zak about the Fontana comps and he said that the Sunday comps might conflict with his job, so comps are up in the air right now.
But I have to disagree about the women. Fontucky has they best looking unwed, soon-to-be-on-welware, pregnant high school teens around.

one time I saw this 200 pound white girl at Fontana wearing a baby blue FUBU shirt. HAWT. i overheard a conversation between her and NIc Gross and she was trying to say that they were just gaps in her teeth and that she wasnt missing any.

Oh yeah, she said she could open soup cans with those badboys.
but really, might be going down tomorrow real fast to look at palisades? It looks to be pretty good I suppose.
