What move do you mean?
Lunge; front wheel on an object, back wheen on another, then jumping up
Forward hops; hopping forward on objects that are 1 wheelbase apart.
hoo haa; endo to rear on an object.

Also, here's a topic from a few months ago you can read. Lots of useful info.

Sorry to bring an old topic alive again...but I have a related question. What technique do you guys use for jumping to obstacles one wheelbase away. Example: If there is a row of rocks that are about one wheelbase away, so you dont have to jump to rear, you just have to get the rear to where your front is and your front to the next rock. Sorry if that is hard to visualize, but this move is giving me trouble.

i put my chest on the bars and jump forward and up while giving a small(!) kick. i let the front brake off on take off, pull the bike forward and land.
if you have rounded rocks or something you can roll a larger portion of the move than you'd expect. you get used to it and can basically roll along wheelbase parted rocks like you're going down a path.
