BT Poland Video1 Problem

I recently downloaded the BT videos from the video section on observedrials.net and the first video is alllllll screwed up. It plays and the audio is fine but the video is all different colors and blocky and stuff. This hasn't happened with any other video ever, and I've tried all sorts of quality settings from FSAA to the refresh rate to re-downloading it.

Could someone else please download the video and see if it screws up for them? Maybe there is an alternative link I can download it from.

Its not a problem with the vid, its stupid DivX. (I hope you were using divX to play it?)
The older versions of DivX worked just fine, but the recent updates have screwed it up.
