Long video, of amazing UCI World Cup riding, both mod and stock. Those sections looked hard as hell, super crazy. Marc Caisso is unbelievable, so amazing.

The best comp riding I've ever seen. Those sections looked crazy, but I'm sure very entertaining for the spectators. Damn this type of stuff reminds me of how much I suck!!

My favorite part was when kenny finally got on top of that box and was like phew, I'm glad I'm done with that. Then you think, shit I gotta do it again.....

looks like the 26ers had a much easier time getting on top of that slick box than hte 20s. Wicked comp, THAT is trials at it's finest.

Wow, amazing.

I love how they set it all up in water. Very cool idea :)

Awesome video.

Alright. Yeah. Nice.

It's cool how you can tell who's riding by the frame (on the Koxx team). Also, that was the best riding I've ever seen in my life.

Do you think people in the US would be interested in trials if we had sections like that? I guess some goats or something to ride them as well.
And by people I mean the general public.
And by goats I mean goats.

That was absolutely crazy.

The sections were set up similar to indor moto-trials events, which attract a bunch of people. I think such a comp would be well recieved in US. Too bad there would not be a single US rider on those sections...

I think this was one of the best trial vids ever.

AndyT

or a single US rider who could handle them :momaru:

why do people keep doing WMV videos???? It excludes mac and linux users

AndyT

Apparently no one cares about them. I don't.

(and I'm posting on a G5 :momaru: ) Too bad, you are missing one of the best videos in a LONG time...

Jeez, those sections were ridiculous. I guess adding water to the equation didnt make it any easier on those sections. Sweet video, best comp video ive seen.

when i saw vincent do the wedge on the wooden section that everyone was having trouble with i shat my pants, then caisso kicked ass up untill just before that spot and kenny cleaned it. i didnt think that section would be rideable judging by the mod guys. great video. that is one 10minute+ video i will watch over and over.

good lord, if you really wanted to watch the video, you'd figure out a way to watch it, watch it, then go wow that was a bad ass video. Instead your sitting here bitching thinking someone in czech is gonna recode it in divx for you.

wanna know why he doesnt?

I'll give you a hint.

CUZ YOU CAN WATCH IT IN MAC OR LINUX!!!!!!

hes not gonna reencode it just cuz your lazy ass hasnt figured out how to watch it yet.

vlc (http://www.videolan.org) plays almost codec known to man, windows media player (http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/software/Macintosh/osx/default.aspx) takes care of all the rest.

go to their respective sites, download and install. If you cant figure it out from that, I guess just keep bitching about it. The rest of us will sit around and chuckle quietly, or loudly, your preference.

You'll notice that the mod riders did not have the little wood piece that the stock riders did on the first up of that wood section.

I bet the mod riders could have completed the section or at least gotten farther than the first up if they had had that piece there.

wow. normally I would ignore a comment like this but I need to make you aware of your ignorance to save you from making a fool of yourself again. The *newest* WMV codec does not work properly on Mac, with or without VLC or WMP, no matter how much you chuckle to yourself. Next time if you feel so strongly about an issue do a little bit of research before you make yourself look, well, rude and ignorant.

Umm yea dani comas on his monty didn't make it just as marco hosel on his koxx didn't make it. Roll ups like that are much much harder on a mod. Plus the fact the stock riders had the wood bar across. Plus the fact that Dani comas won 26" elite on his monty stock...etcetc

my research consisted of me watching this vid on my mac with windows media player, 7 or so times. I'm not sure what you guys are doing that you cant watch this on your mac, it is not that complicated. Maybe you guys are complaining that it wont run on your old powermac running os 8 with 32mb of memory. When you say does not work properly do you mean the video cannot be watched at all, or there is some blur, a dropped frame here and there, or the sounds off? Why dont you try watching it on your mac before you tell me i'm ignorant or that new codecs dont work.

also, i'm not ignorant, I am rude, and I'm still chuckling.

Man i loved that video and will no doubt be watching it for awhile.. much like most other people

You can see how much of a difference that piece of wood makes- just a stick you may say...
I felt sympathy for Marc Caisso, making it that far and resulting in a 5 :(
