Next Queensland Comp

Hey everyone. The next QLD Trials comp is September 12 (this Sunday) at the TCQ property on Mundoolun Connection Rd. Canungra. It is all the usual classes and start time (9am) but with the added bonus of being in conjunction with a MotoTrial so it should be good fun.

Hey mate, I am trying to organise a competition on the same days as some 4WD guys do their rock crawling comps. Apparently most of the action is centered in QLD and NSW, not Vic, so that sucks for me, but may be a great idea for you.

Well we had the comp on Sunday and it wasn't to bad but wasn't our best either. Unfortunately we didn't get to set sections in the really sweet part of the property the motos were using and instead we were assigned to the front paddock, which was all flat. There were heaps of logs down there so the guys put some nice sections together but they were a bit repetitive.

The worst bit was that we weren't competing anywhere near the motos so we didn't get much of a chance to watch them and they didn't get much of a chance to watch us.

Still a few of the moto guys came down and were very interested in the bikes and keen to give it a go.

I think Andrew Carter really impressed them with his trials unicycle and we were all impressed by the sidecar mototrials.

Still a good fun day. The next comp is at the most awesome venue of Thunderbird Park. This place has some excellent rock and creek sections. We'll be there November 7, I'll post on this site when it gets closer.

G'day Lilley Still reckon the best 3 sites we have got Thunderbird park,Feild's place and the Kents.Get some of the guns form down south to take a trip to qld, the coast is only a stones throw away.Don't believe what some people say about Brisbane Bike trial . Buc was a bit disappointed he miss out see everyone havig ago but He will be there for the next setting sections day.Hope we see the Pierce Bros again they are wicked and their old fellow .
