lol right now the seals are really starting to piss me off (cant even get those off) well i got the funns apart but i cant get the seals off the vps

Just pull the end caps out (screwdriver) and undo whatever nut you find.

Use a corkscrew to get the plastic plug off the end of your VPs axle. Leaves a little hole in the centre and doesn't mangalate the edges of the plug like a screwdriver.

Then flush the grease out, save it for a soup, and put sewing machine oil in instead.
