i'm looking for a good pair of mod tires... mostly for urban. i need a 20" front and 19" back. any suggestions appreciated. thanks -dustin

If you don't mind to replace your tires often get a set of Try Alls or Creepy Crawlers. But don't expect them to last very long.
Otherwise get Montys, they are okay for urban use.

a lot of people in the us have them. doesn't mean they're released (or that you're that elite :D). they're released in europe because europeans ride mod. at least more than we do.

I use Pirellies front and rear. They seem to have more gripthan my montys had and they last for a while but they are a bit heavier. I have no idea where you could get them because I got mine free from the guy that sold me my 2nd bike and they were brand new. Montys work alright aswell.

ya and they have all this "hair" on them when they are brand new...for extra grip i guess:dunno: but they all fall off after about the third ride on them. They look very similar to the montys.
