i pulled my whole king apart with a mallet and some random objects, used machine oil and grease, worked a treat the first time, but the second was a different story.... dont ever pul their bearings apart.... lots or little fuckin ball bearings to loose....

one won't help you, I have another one, on the other crank so it's OK. What you should say is I want SOME, or I want a SET. They go pretty well. Rub a little on my M-180 on the left though. Squeak is irritating, might have to do some shoe mods.

my king's due for its 2 year overhaul. Figure there's a dozen Kings in Canberra, and nobody has one of these things, not even a shop. The ringdrive lube I would use in XC ringdrives, and the bearings.

Peace the bearings aren't that bad, just don't turn them upside down !

Good stuff... buy why have you got 2 extension shafts, 2 sets of split rings and 2 wedges? Seems odd to me!

Ringdrive lube works great in bearings :)

I just got what they ( www.bromleybike.com - more expensive than most other places, but the only ones who have it in stock, and free international shipping) sent me... I didn't think the doubling up was necessary either but for the amount paid (217 eruo) I'm not sending them back. This means I can screw around with aftermarket springs and shit...
