View Full Version : What socks to wear when riding?

Hi guys. I have these three pairs of socks and i dont know what ones to wear when im riding.

These ones feel really good but they say dance on them so im not sure if i will get teased by my riding buddies and on lookers, what do you think?:

These ones are really thick and they give good padding to my foot, but i cant feel the pedal properly:

These ones make me look like vincent! Except im not quite as good as him yet so i dont want to look like a tryhard if you know what i mean:

Any way any usefull posts would be appreciated.

I feel these would be the best compromise.. you could wear them riding then, say, out for a coffee. You could be ideally dressed for any situationl :)

When I used normal socks I could only tap about 3 feet, but then I bought special socks for trials. Suddenly I was able to tap 5 feet easily.
That's true! I'm not kidding!

Hey, maybe you folk could give me advice on what undies to wear while riding? Boxers, briefs or unmentionables?

i bought koxx soxx. they are pretty nice. i couldnt ride in anything else... despite the $60 retail, i think my next pair of soxx will be koxx.

hey hydroboy - you got only three pairs of socks? That should last for couple of months :ugh: but yea I mean after you've worn them for a ride, you can turn them inside out..So you can use them for another ride. Same with the underwear lool
