Lets get a ride going this weekend. I think zak maeda is in town right? Who can make the ride, and where.

Howdy!
I think everyone is meeting at half moon bay at 2 o'clock on sunday.
Hey Paul, thanks for letting me know about this ride. It was pretty cool to
ride at a new place and see so many good riders. One of the few benefits to
being a beginner is that everyone else seems to ride great and the Half Moon
Bay ride was no exception.
For those that couldn't make it the ride had a good turnout. My feeble brain
wasn't able to retain everyone's name but there were 10-12 riders plus
assorted girlfriends and family. Loads of spectators seemed to enjoy
some good riding and we got to enjoy some interesting antics from
the spectators.
The variety of rocks on the seawall offered everyone good challenges and
over the course of the ride I learned a lot. I hope that I'm able to join
more of these group rides.
Later!

Some of the riders I remember:
Tony Fernandez
Phil Lucero
Paul Bray
Casey Holm
Zak Maeda
Stevie Morgan
and little 'ol me
Todd "Dr Teeth" Gandy
A way laid back ride with the occasional insane move from someone listed above (minus me).
The fish and chips afterwards kicked ass too.

that was one kickass ride. more front wheel gaps than a french national! there was also a fine display of hagard trials bikes. me and zak's chains kept fallin off and casey's front end creaked like it was gonna snap at any moment. good times:yum:

Let me know when you swing through my area. My boss is out of town for two weeks so it's pretty easy for me to get off work.
