Wednesday Lake Barryessa ride

I'm headed out to ride at Lake Barryessa on Wednesday evening. There are ENORMOUS rocks there and it's entirely in the shade. It 's a real gem for the Central Valley.

You'll get to see the "Incredible Sweating Man" riding on a hot day! A treat you shouldn't pass up!


Directions:

Take I80 to 505 north towards Winters/Redding
Go North for about 12 miles.
Take the WINTERS/DAVIS Hwy 128 W exit.
At the exit, turn LEFT (west) towards Winters.

!!DO NOT SPEED while driving through Winters!!

Stay on that road for 10 or so miles --You get to a ugly camper/trailer park.
When you cross the river right after the trailer park, take your first right into the dirt lot.
The rocks are between you and the dam

do you know how far Winters/Redding is from Visalia?

You're about 4 hours of hard driving away. From Winters. Where the ride is.

Redding is an additional 2 1/2 or so.

oh and I didnt know sacramento counted as "central vally" i always thought that as Nor-Cal.
