finally my bike is back to normal

ok, i received my px superlights today, i wanted them in black but they didnt have any so they sent white instead, i think they look ok. i set up my avid mech with xtr lever/housing and shit! best brake ive used period. my old lousie/xt combo was pretty fucking awesome when it was working its best but this is just as good but i can control modulation better and they can be set up so much better. everyone go out and buy this brake if you need a new disc.

i just swapped out forks recently and i cant believe i didnt die form my forxx exploding. i had this horrid creaking noise that i thought was ovalized headset races... turns out my forxx was holding on by a thread. rediculous how i didnt eat my own head because of it. lucky i guess.

you will like the superlights, even if they are the ugliest forks... maybe ever, they do ride well and hold up very nicely. i will second the every one go buy an avid brake command.

Px fork looks okay to me, it would have been better in black I think though but if they don't have it they don't have it, nothing you can do.

I too am about to order a pair of avid 185's sick...my jackflash will be even nicer. The avid is awesome, my zebdi feels great.

I got an avid back when I didn't know shit because the shop was out of the cheap tektro disk
I ordered on sale. Or it wouldn't fit...I dunno. Then they threw on an avid and now I'm so dam glad they did.
