Video is absolutely amazing. Riding and music flow very well too. Speachless. He made that hook move deal at the end look like one of the easiest moves in the vid. Another stand out was the longest shot of him riding in the flower bed. I mean really, Just a couple of ledges of different heights and he finds so much to do with it. Best video I've seen on the internet for a long fuckin time.

it's hard not to film vince without the fisheye. it's super tough to actually know what the heck he is going to do next and using the fisheye allows me some slack in getting position for some of the shots. if it looks big- its enormous. if it looks enormous- its super human. there, now you're vision is calibrated right! :)

as for music- andrew, i dug up that cd and listened to it for the first time in like 2 years and it's really really really good. i had to use it.

as for those having problems, i dont know what to say, i didnt do anything different this time. matt gave me a link to put up and that's what i posted. if you just save the 47mb file, i assume you can use wmp to open and view it. beyond that im not of any good help, you may have to ask matt.

anyhoot- thanks for all the good feedback. i will be working on another one after you all get your asses blown away by andrew's footage.

I used Netscape on a Mac to DL it and it worked perfectly. I couldn't view it in WMP for the Mac though, but I used VLC and it looked excellent. I do have trouble scanning though it, I wanted to watch that last hook in slow mo but I wasn't able to get to that part of the vid without watching it from the start.

I right clicked and saved in opera 7.5. And it downloaded as a really large html file. I understood that is was not your average website and figured it had to be the vid with the wrong file extension.. Since I can't get the dumbass windows explorer to change the file extension I had to use my ftp client to do this. This was annoying but it worked. Please don't do it like this anymore..

notice how far away he takes off. he said he and the coust brothers would have contests where they would set up a small marker in front of an object and pedal up the object, leaving the ground at the marker. gradually they move the marker farther back and make the object bigger until they're doing shoulder height ups from over 2 bike lengths away (loading dock outside the competition)

P.S. Yes, I asked Kevins Permision.Actually I've blown through 400gb of bandwidth so far this month and this was a good way to try and minimize going through even more. I can change the permissions from guests to registered users only in about 5 seconds if I need to. The other way creates a hassle and roughly 12 hour changeover time.

Go price 400gb of premium bandwidth (no cogent or YIPES)... then realize we're only a third of the way through the month.

Also, any users that PM'd me because they had problems with the link got a private one with no php, under the condition that they were not to give the link out.

Aside from that, I spent YEARS on slow dialup modems (bad phone lines made my max 21.6, (so I found out after 28.8 and 56k modems became available)) and if you just let your connection run for a bit you can get most anything. It was only 47mb, even at 40kbps (5KBps) thats about 2.5hrs... go watch a movie or ride your bike.
