Talk to Kevin at Webcyclery. He is the one that set up my MK V. If I remember correctly I think it is a 113. But I am not 100% sure.

68mm shell, depends on your drivetrain setup as to what length.

Yep 68mm shell, i use a 122.5 mm wide BB, works nicely, I use middleburn RS7 cranks, and gear 3 on my 8 speed cassette on the rear, the chain line is sweet, something a bit less in length would be nicer though, I use a Shimano UN53 BB
