WRFP- "advanced video production" class project

so i have to make a music video for my so called "advanced video production" class (which is hilarious because these kids dont know crap about crap and watching them try to edit something is like watching a downie try to solve a rubix cube).

anyways. here it is. i got freedom on this project which was really nice. it's just some old/some new footage of me riding to a little Le Tigre music. any input is welcome. imovie sucks for this kind of stuff by the way.

yeah, its cook park. nothign special but it's my closest fun natural. it's the stopming grounds where south denver trio came up so to speak.

over 3/4 of this was self shot. some of it turned out well (like the shot at 1:46, thanks btw, i liked that one too) and some of it turned out like crap. either way it will kick the ass off the other projects i have seen so far (public service channels would piss on 9/10 of these other kids' projects. i dont intend to be mean but they are dreadful)

I watched the vid a few more times, I really dont get your style kevin... it almost seems like you dont care. Like a chilled sunday ride on small stuff, except you do that on big stuff, and your not that tall. Shorter people usually exaggerate moves more, you totally downplay them. crazy :nuts:
How long have you been riding for again? If its less than 3 years I'm really gonna have to spite you :squint:

Oh yea, uper slick editing. Highlights for me were at 0:28, 1:00. Other fast parts were good too but not as good as those in particular.
The slowmo part around 1:17 is super awesome but it seems to be a second late, shouldnt the quick pace in the music start just as your wheels land and reg speed is restored, that would be much better IMO.

a tad over 3 years. But with going to other countries last year and this year to train with the worlds best, you get good fast...along with actually riding all time- speaking of which its 80 degrees and the mountains are calling :naughty:

as for some of the movie being off from the music- explanation: imovie eats turds when it comes to doing this kind of stuff. now you know!

i've been riding for alomst 3.5 years but the first 9 months i hardly rode trials at all because i couldnt really while focusing on xc racing. i got state that year in xc but looking back on it, i should have been doing trials.
