Do you notice any caliper flex? I have the same rotor, but I think a clean sweep would be better. (too lazy to change it)

Didnt notice much flex but I think I will go ride a weekend of downhill on a diff rig with that on the rear before I go out trialsing with it again. hit up a big hill 6-7 times with the brake's on and the disc's were smokin hot... still had alot of slippage after but I can see the potental with it....just need's to be broken in properly me think's

You really blend in well with the black car of yours. Rear disc is so hot :bigthumb:

Good chance I broke my thumb on a failed rail gap w/ brake slippage. but mostly due to my impatient's in not being able to ride at 100% with a new disc... maggy going back on with a gimp paw now :dunno:

I break in my discs with a water bottle on a stand. I've never had a problem with my brakes slipping in as little as 15 minutes after they were opened from the package with that method. Never really had much success with the "takes time" or rolling down a hill with the brakes on method. Dunno why.
Granted, they were on street bikes doing trialsy moves and were the 1st gen BB7s, but I was still landing on rails and ledges without slippage.
