What's the best magura pads to use on a light ground DX 32??

This isn't really working for me...
Really bad or I'm doin sumthin wrong??
Actually this the only pad available in my place...

Certain pads are stiffer than others. For a light grind you want a softer pad compared to a harshly ground rim that would require a very stiff pad. I would go to this site: http://trialspads.com/shop/ and then pick a pad based on their review and what kind of grind their recommended for. The only pad I recommend you stay away from are the MOE pads. They really suck.

Edit: also I don't know how high of quality echo pads are so hopefully someone will comment on that.
