The price is right, for sure and I can't see why it wouldn't be a decent start.

It looks ok for a starter bike. I would go for it. For 150, you can't really lose there.

dude, its a first bike. Even though its complete garbage, it'd work well enough i would think.

What they are saying is true. For 150 though, I would say thats the best you are going to get. For a starter bikes its decent. A crappy trials bike for sure, but it will work.

ok, if you buy it just remember to replace the freewheel before you learn to pedal kick otherwise it will explode, and realize that you'll never be able to use a proper trials tire on the rear because it's a 20" rim and not a 19" one.

Your better of not riding at all, that bike will only force you to learn bad habits early.

I also support you not riding at all

I agree on the above, the bike is most likely going to give you more frustration than enjoyment.

the bike i started off with was a Monty 219 X-219 and learned to backhop and lurch after changing the pads and levers.

Then the freewheel it came with popped and needed to be replaced.

When I wanted to move on to bigger obstacles, i started to realize the bashplate isnt in a position to protect the 24T chain ring up front that comes stock on the 219 X-Alp.

So I am looking at the photo you provided and i noticed the bashplate could come up short to protect the chainring. Maybe the HS33 brakes could be worth something? I mentioned the Monty 219 X-Alp to tell you some parts will need to be replaced, which is a bitch.

Unibikeling, just get the HS33 and put it on your Uni, or you could probably just resell the bike and brakes for $$$. As for the actual bike, hell if I know. ^^
