I bought a Ross mod for $200. Is it an ok bike for a beginner? Here's what it looks like:

Bump?

It's the only thing I could afford since I have no job and want to get a car soon. I'm just learning the basics for now so should the Ross be ok?

For the VERY basics it should work, just don't go jumping off buildings with that thing yet though.

For 200 you can't really go wrong

For 200 its a good bike. You can do the basics just fine with it. The geometry is kind of weird. I would put the seat a little lower and your good to ride

Yeah the seat is all the way down so it's out of the way. When I have the money for it I want to buy an Adamant A3 mod bike. :bigthumb:

I'd cut the seat post right off... Get rid of that extra weight...

I started out on a Ross mod 10 years ago, good beginner bike for learning basics like track standing and balance moves, not so good on the back wheel. When you do upgrade to the A3 you'll improve much more quickly.
