Hi, since front v-brake mounts arent usually on the rear of the fork like in this pic (http://www.foldsoc.co.uk/Vfront.jpg), does this mean that using conventional fork with v-brakes, you could damage the mounts/brakes/fork doing bigger front wheel moves?

If this might be a concern, are there any good forks with v mounts on the rear instead of the front of the fork?

No, the mounts are really strong... some people even don't prefer having the mounts in the back because the brake is too powerful.

yeah those on the back are very strong (especially on the commuter shown) the front doesn't even need to have a brace at times, but it is a nice thing to not have so much flex. If you're a monster, you may need to, but as far as the front posts go... it's happened that the posts have twisted, but time in the saddle, and being smoother will fix that problem...
