so i have some try all replica bars right now. they feel kinda bad too me. i think i need some bars with sweep or something. whats the shortest they should be? i dont know what i should get. any suggestions(for 25.4mm or 31.8mm clamp)? i work at a bike shop so i can get bars from like easton etc. from the big catalogs.

Thanks
Phil

12° sweep is the most natural & comfortable handlebar for your wrist and arms so you could look into bars that offer such angle.

thanks, but i cant seem to find anything more then 9 degree bend, that should be enough right? the try all replica bars i have now seem to be quite uncomfortable for me.

oh and the monkeylite DH bars are on back order from bell tech until july 8th :rant2:

What about the V one Sunline bars? They come in a 711 and 745 width. 9 degree backsweep and 5 degree upsweep. ~277 grams.

I ran an Echo bulge bar and had the same problem as you. Now i use a Simtra Mcpudgy bar and no longer have wrist pain.

The truvative 31.8 bar feels almost exactly the same as my Simtra bar so that may be worth looking into. It's about half the price of the simtra.
